Sap is collected from coconut blossoms into clay pots and is partially fermented, cooked and aged to develop a sweet and sour taste. This gives you a healthy, tasty seasoning flavour which contains the coconut sap mother. Use this amino sauce for barbeque marinating, day-to-day cooking, or as a salad dressing.
