Our organic coconut flour is made from fresh and organic coconuts and is high in natural antioxidants and minerals. The fresh coconut meat is shredded, dried at low temperature and subsequently cold-pressed to extract the coconut oil. The residual raw material is then ground into fine coconut flour, a delicious, healthy alternative to wheat flour.
Our coconut flour is preservative-free, sulphur-free, gluten-free, cholesterol-free, high in fibre and jam-packed with vitamins and minerals. Coconut is also a rich source of lauric acid, which is both antifungal and antimicrobial. Delivering 17% of the recommended dietary fibre intake per serve, coconut flour is also low in digestible carbohydrates, a good source of protein, gluten free and low GI. Made without the use of synthetic chemicals, pesticides or herbicides.
