TopwiL organic coconut sap vinegar is made from sustainably grown, organically certified coconuts from Sri Lanka. Sap is collected from coconut blossoms into clay pots and is partially fermented, cooked and aged for over 12 months. This type of fermentation does not require infusion with any sugar. This gives you a healthy vinegar which contains the coconut sap mother to maintain its rich flavour and high acetic acid levels. Use this vinegar in day-to-day cooking or as a salad dressing.
