Sweet and rich, organic parsley brings out the flavour of other spices and herbs. Organic parsley also seems to lessen the need for salt in soups, stocks and sauces. We find that parsley works well with fish, eggs, tomatoes (including salads), rice and with most vegetables, such as sprinkled over potatoes.
Our organic parsley is a wonderful compliment to garlic and is a staple ingredient of pesto. Wonderful in a herb butter to accompany fresh crusty bread.
