Our organic sesame seeds are small, flat, creamy white seeds with the outer husk removed (hulled). Sesame seeds are an excellent source of manganese, tryptophan, calcium, iron and copper, which has anti-inflammatory properties and supports the production of oxygen-rich red blood cells. All natural and raw, the hull is removed from these sesame seeds for a uniform look. Use them to make homemade tahini paste, or sprinkle them over breads and baked goods.
