How to enjoy Boil 8 cups of water, add the noodles and simmer gently for about 6-8 minutes or until cooked through. Immediately rinse under cold running water. Cooks al dente. Use in a pad thai, or make a sauce to stir through the pasta, or use as stir fry noodles.
