Our organic white spelt flour is a fine light flour, with the bran sifted out. Used in the manufacture of pasta, breads, cakes, cookies & fruit loaves. Produced from spelt grain, a highly nutritious ancient cereal grain with a delicious nutty flavour that is naturally GMO free, low sodium, no artificial colours or flavours and is preservative free. Spelt flour is not gluten-free, however the gluten found in spelt is a lot easier for some people to digest. If you can tolerate the gluten, spelt flour is an excellent alternative for making pasta and bread!
